WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PURCHASE?
There is no minimum purchase amount. The minimum is per package and can be purchased from one package. Each package has between 8 and 12 pieces of different colors/prints (in some cases it is a single color or the number of pieces may vary, it is indicated on each product sheet).
WHERE CAN I BUY SUMITRA CLOTHES?
To purchase items from our brand, you can do so through this website, by phone or WhatsApp, or visit our physical store in Madrid.
HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER?
On the shopping cart page, click on “Place order” when you have your order ready. This way, we receive and prepare it. Payment is not made directly, we will contact you to send you the invoice once the order is ready.
HOW CAN I SEE THE PRODUCTS AND PRICES?
In order to view prices and products, you must complete the registration ( Registration link ) and wait for your account to be approved. You must have a company or be registered as self-employed to be able to access. We only sell to professionals.
PAYMENTS
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
We accept payment by bank transfer . To make the payment you must place the order first, then we prepare it and send you the invoice and account number via wpp/email to proceed with the payment and shipment of the order.
Payment is not made directly from the website. When you place the order, we prepare it and then send you the invoice by email/wpp to proceed with the payment by bank transfer.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING/PICKUP METHODS
You can choose the method of collection of your order from these options:
- Pick up in store: Place your order online and select the pick up option to pick it up at the physical store.
- Direct shipping from our store (GLS/Mosca): We ship to the address you provide in the shipping information of your order (not available for all areas/countries).
- Pick up your transport: We offer the possibility of you managing the collection yourself with the transport you work with. (We only need the directions and labels).
- From another store in the industrial estate : If you have a box in one of the stores in the Cobo Calleja Industrial Estate, we can bring the items in your order to this store so that they can be sent to you from there. (It is also possible to do it the other way around and have it brought to us here from another store. In this case, it will be sent as a direct shipment).

Direct shipping (with GLS) to: Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Portugal.
* We only ship to the peninsular area of these countries.
Shipping to islands (with Mosca): Balearic and Canary Islands (carriage due).
If your destination country is not on the list, please contact us so we can arrange shipping in another way.
